FAQ
Where do the fees go?
Every $APED trade pays the pump.fun creator fee. The treasury (Volcano Village) claims it every couple of minutes: 35% goes to the jungle (each 0.05 SOL funds a new ape) and 65% to the dev wallet for servers, RPC and development. When the jungle is full (350 apes), the fees go straight into a Volcano Tribute — a direct buyback & burn.
What exactly is an ape?
A real Solana wallet with its own keypair, funded with 0.05 SOL. It apes into a trending coin with 20–35% of its funding, sells on take-profit, stop-loss or a max hold time, and brings the SOL home. Every buy carries a 🍌 memo, and every transaction is linked to Solscan on the ape's page.
How does the burn work?
Whatever an ape brings home from a sell — profit or not — is used to buy $APED on the market, and 100% of the bought tokens are burned with an SPL burn. Bought back, burned, forever: supply only goes down. When an ape gets rekt, whatever dust is left gets a final burn and the rent is recycled into the next ape.
Which coins do apes buy?
Only coins on the Target Board: trending on DexScreener / GeckoTerminal, with enough liquidity and volume, no mint or freeze authority, no transfer fees or hooks, not too concentrated in the top 10 holders, and a buy→sell roundtrip quote that loses less than 3%. Coins that stop out repeatedly get benched.
What are the risks?
Apes trade memecoins, and memecoins are volatile. Apes can and do lose bananas — P&L is public for every single ape. The engine has kill-switches (treasury floor, failed-tx streaks, daily P&L floor) that pause ape-ins, but nothing here is a promise of profit. Never buy more $APED than you can afford to lose.
Is there a dev wallet?
Yes — and it is on-chain and public: 65% of every claimed creator fee goes to the dev wallet (servers, RPC, development), 35% feeds the jungle. The treasury address is public (below), so anyone can verify claims, the split, ape funding and burns.
Not financial advice. Apes can lose bananas.
